Born in San Francisco, California. As a post Vietnam era Army Veteran I served in medical and psychological operations during my six years of duty. I was educated at Peralta Colleges and U.C. Berkeley.
I have performed post-conviction litigation services for those incarceratecd under the auspices of the U.S. Attorney General (Federal Penitentiary) and presently, editor-in-chief and creator of HVEHF News Publication for the Veterans Administration Menlo Park Medical Center.
